Large Double Room,Sea View, in family home Newquay

Hi,

We have a large and bright double room with sea view available in our family home in Newquay.

The three story house consists of a kitchen, dining room, shared living room and private living room (for landlord and family) on the ground floor; 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and private quarters at the top (for landlord and family). The room available shares a shower room and separate toilet on the 1st floor with one other person.
There is a large back garden and smaller front garden, which you're welcome to use.

The house is ideally located on Mount Wise, which is a 5 minute walk from town and Towan beach and about a 10 minute walk to Fistral beach. There is free off street parking on the surrounding side roads (not Mount Wise). By negotiation there may be access to a parking spot available at the rear of the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped and amenities include gas hobs, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer (shared between 2 people), cupboard spaces and access to the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is indoor surfboard storage under the stairs should you require it. By negotiation there could possibly be access to the garage for storage of other larger items such as bikes or longboards.

This is our family home to myself (30M), my wife (31F) and our young child, though we spend regular extended periods away. It is also home to our friend (24M) and until recently was home to another friend.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful, easy going, working person to live with (ideally not working from home full time). We enjoy surfing, being outside and having chilled BBQs in the garden, which you'd be welcome to join us for. Our house is quiet and relaxed and not a hub for parties and large social gatherings.

The rent is £160 a week, inclusive of all bills (up to an agreed energy usage) and wifi.
