Small double in house in Nansledan Newquay

Hi there! I’m a 36 year-old female homeowner looking for a new housemate. I live on the Nansledan development which has some nice shops, cafes, walking areas, yoga studio etc. within walking distance. I’m hoping to find someone for the long term who might enjoy the occasional movie night or may want to cook the odd meal together.

I bought the house new in July 2022. My current lodger is moving to New Zealand so moving out mid October.

The Room:
• A small furnished double room. If the wall colour isn’t to your taste, I have another similar-sized room available.
• The room does not have an en-suite, but the main bathroom (across the hall) will primarily be yours.
• I live in the en-suite room, so I’ll mostly use that bathroom, but I’d love to borrow the bath occasionally (for myself or to give my dog a quick rinse).

About Me:
• I have a cheeky rescue dog named Motley, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs. If you have a dog too, I’d be open to meeting and introducing them first. Unfortunately, my dog isn’t friendly with cats, so I can’t accept them.
• I work from home Tues/Wednesday but work away Thurs-sat so you'll often have the house to yourself!

House Features:
• Enclosed garden (wanna grow some veges with me?!)
• Garage - you’re welcome to store a bike/surfboard, etc in there! That said I already have a lot of stuff in there so not loads of spare space.
• Washing machine and dryer available.
• Internet included.
• There is one official parking space in front of my garage but also space for two cars in front of my house so parking isn't an issue

Rent and Terms:
• Rent includes bills.
• One month’s rent deposit required.
• Income/proof of funds & reference required
