Spacious annexe for summer rent

We have a spacious furnished annexe for rent over the summer months in newquay, currently used as an office. 20 minute walk to newquay beaches, and views of the gannel from the garden. I work from home in the climate change field, and my partner is a surf/coasteering instructor. We sometimes have people round for dinner or music jams, but otherwise quite peaceful and not a party house. There is one bathroom which is shared and in the house (right next to the annex), hence not enough space for more than one person. We spend alot of time in the garden (south facing) and by the sea. This space would most likely work for an outdoorsy person who is looking for good sized garden space, access to town but out of the buzz.
