Double room available in Newquay. First floor apartment, down the hill from Tretherras school. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Parking space available with property. All bills are included in the rent.

Room is available furnished (can be unfurnished if requested). Will have clothes rail, chest of drawers etc. Super fast broadband, TV licence, washer/dryer and full equipped kitchen all included in the property.

Will be sharing with one other female, looking for someone who's laid back and friendly. More than happy to consider a pet. I used to live here with the current tenant and my dog so plenty of space.

Most recent tenant is only moving to live with partner so lots of space. Quiet household, the other tenant works full time and enjoys keeping fit and active in her spare time.

Available from June for a minimum of 6 months.
