You'll have your own virtually private bathroom with decent integrated walk-in shower.

Our peaceful home features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a comfortable living area. There's a utility room with washing machine and dryer for use. The garden is south-facing, newly landscaped and secluded. Garage storage is available if needed, and reliable street parking is always available right outside.

A bit about us… I'm an environmental professional predominantly working from home, am easy-going, organised, and love good food, cooking, and staying active with CrossFit. I co-parent my 9-year-old daughter and we share our home with our black lab.

We're a clean, relaxed household that values both companionship and personal space. You'll find us welcoming and respectful of boundaries.
