I’ll be away for winter and have a lovely spacious flat in newquay. Close to beaches (8 min walk to great western) and town.
I would leave all furniture and kitchen equipment/ hoover etc for you.
If you love plants that’s a bonus as i could leave those too.
1 bedroom/living room. Then downstairs is kitchen bathroom and dining room. Good size. Bills + wifi included except electricity (i usually spend about £40p/m on this) . Quiet friendly road.
I love my flat so I’m just looking for someone respectful to come and enjoy it whilst i am away :)
