Flatmate Wanted: Tidy, Easy-Going & Loves Cats

I’m looking for a tidy and considerate flatmate to share my home. Ideally, you’ll be a full-time worker (not from home) between the ages of 28 and 55 who values a clean and comfortable living space. There is on street parking and a spare space a with first come first serve policy.

The flat is well-kept, very modern and welcoming, and in a lovely quiet area overlooking the boating lake, it’s in a very convenient location. I also have a well-loved cat, so you’ll need to be a cat person and happy living with a furry friend.
This is a fairly early rise busy household, I’m usually up and out early with a number of interests and obligations.

I’d like to find someone respectful, easy-going, and mindful of shared spaces.
