I have an unfurnished double room available. 10 min walk into Town, quiet residential road. On street parking (never a problem). 2 big gardens with the plan to start growing once house is fully sorted! (Bonus if you'd like to be involved with that). I'm a CBT practioner, with kids mostly out of home and sometimes wfh in the office. Looking for someone who appreciates a lovely living space, clean/tidy, up for a natter. Room is currently unfurnished, however, I can furnish if required. Keen surfer /ocean /nature , skater. Summer evenings spent at the beach, winter at the gym. Enjoy a party every once in a while but don't bring it home. 34 yrs.
