Room to rent in my flat

Hi! I have a lovely two bedroom flat on Educumbe Avenue, I have two cats in the property and vape but will occasionally have a cigarette out the lounge window. My housemate moved out so I’m looking for the right fit I’m 27 female and a full time carer, the rent includes all bills except electric we will go 50/50 on, I have full fiber in the property, and it will be a shared lounge and bathroom, the rooms are on different sides of the flat and I never used to hear my old house mate or the other way round.
