2 rooms available in central Newquay home

Our house is having a move round and we have 2 rooms available from the 1st December - both are long term let (ideally 6 months +)🌸

Room 1:
- A large double, en-suite room. With double built in wardrobe and access to the loft for additional temp storage if required.
- The room comes with a king sized bed and mattress (not pictured) but can also be fully unfurnished if needed.
- Plenty of room for a desk if needed or additional clothes draws if you’re someone with a shopping problem!
- South, garden facing so nice natural light in the day time!
- £575 per month, all bills included

Room 2:
-A small-ish double, with a double built in wardrobe and an additional of storage cupboard under the stairs. There’s also a sink in the room. The room gets a lot of natural light as it’s south and garden facing.
- This room comes with a double bed / mattress if needed but can also be unfurnished if new flat mate prefers. The room has a shared bathroom with the current female flat mate.
- ⁠£525 per month, all bills included

The house:
- There are 3 rooms in the house all 3 will share the kitchen but only room 2 and our current lady will be sharing the bathroom.
- Based on henver road we are pretty close to town, have a large drive way and a garage. There is no access to the garden as this is for the downstairs girls flat. We have an ok sized kitchen and all have our own fridges. We’ve got a washing machine too.
- there also a ground floor flat in the house, but this is self contained and only the front door, drive way and garage is shared.

Who you’ll be living with:
- the current tenant is a 28 year old female .
- The flat downstairs is occupied by 2 females in their mid / late 20s also

Who were looking for:
- We are looking for another female (sorry men)! This caused some controversy last time we posted a room however, it’s how we feel best! ❤️
- Ideally you’ll be friendly, respectful and up for a chat in the kitchen! Someone’s who’s clean, tidy and not big on parties as it’s a chilled house vibe.
