Looking for a fellow shredder to be my flatmate.

I have a room to sub let (all ok'd with landlord) in the 2 bed house im renting. It's a 2 minute walk to south fistral and perfect spot for surfers therefore (15 min walk to town), the room is the one in the photos (2 single beds) which can't be pushed together to make 1 unfortunately but of course you could buy your own if you wish to have a double, and store the singles (there's space to do so). Not in a huge hurry to fill the room but if I can find someone with similar vibes then it would be great to have some company and help paying the bills too of course. Rent is £600+bills p/m + £600 deposit, if you google 'Surf House Fistral' you can see a bit more info on it as it's a holiday let in the summer time. The tenancy is until the 8th April with potential to extend for a further two months. I work from home so would have to be someone that doesn't. Room is available from whenever for the right person - ideally in 20's, into surfing/outdoors, male, reliable, chill, tidy but not millitantly, happy to share within reason, ok with me smoking (outside of course). There's space to park off the street, either in the carport or just in front. The house doesn't have a clothes dryer or an extractor fan in kitchen - otherwise its a perfect spot!
