Large double studio / annex room with ensuite

Furnished double room / studio and large en-suite with sofa bed as well in case.

Our home is located just above Fistral Beach, this is a fantastic spot within walking distance of town and with easy access to the beach.

We’re offering a furnished double room in our annex, with large bathroom - Included is also a sofa bed, tv and separate back door if required.

We are a married couple living in the property with our four small, slightly nervous dogs – so being a dog lover is essential! They rule the house, but they’ll love you once you’ve handed over a few treats.

Please note:
• Strictly no smokers / vapers at all.
• No additional pets – our dogs wouldn’t cope well, sorry.
• Shared areas: You’ll have access to the full kitchen in the house & utility room.
• Parking: Street parking is available (no permit required), or there’s a council car park directly opposite in the park. Depending on cars we might also be able to offer off road parking.

This is a calm, working household – not a party house. We value peace and quiet and would prefer no additional guests unless agreed in advance.

Bills are included, as long as utilities are used sensibly – we just ask for shared responsibility in keeping usage reasonable. If costs rise significantly, we may need to review this.

Deposit & Rent - Lodger:
• 1 month’s deposit: £995 (single person) … couple will be £1095)
• First month’s rent to be paid in advance or on move-in day
• References or a guarantor required

For transparency, the house is fitted with a Ring doorbell and a back door camera. As a lodger, you’d be given access to the app, which is especially handy for tracking deliveries.
