We have a double room available for rent in a quiet crescent in St. Columb Minor, Newquay.
Room comes with an en-suite, double bed, (pillows, duvet & bed linen, if required), built in wardrobe, window and TV (if required).

You’ll have use of a generous size kitchen, lounge, utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer), garden, roadside parking and we have a garage for additional storage. We are Council Tax band D.
 
We are a fun family looking for someone who is happy living with a lively household.

Sorry - no pets as we have two cats so you must be a cat lover.
