We are looking for a lovely lodger to join our peaceful home. The room available is large, spacious, furnished, bright and overlooks the beautiful back garden.
The room is located on the first floor of a 3 story town-style house in Nansledan. The bedrooms either side would mostly be vacant as they will be needed when my daughters return from university. You would mostly have sole use of the bathroom, which has a bath, shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail.
The landlord's bedroom is on the second floor with their own bathroom.
There is a shared kitchen/diner and separate toilet on the ground floor. The house is six years old. It is spacious, modern, clean and well insulated. The kitchen includes the usual kitchen appliances, plus a clothes dryer in the garage. There is room in the garage to store surfboards and bikes etc. The kitchen has double doors that open onto a patio and gorgeous garden. There is garden furniture to use and a outdoor clothes rotary airer.
The rent includes all bills and access to wifi. It also includes toilet roll and all household cleaning products.
This is our second year of lodgers. We currently have 2 lodgers. One that has been with us for one year and the second for 10 months. The first lodger started off as a two week lodge but decided to stay, she loved it so much. They both really appreciate the friendly, kind, relaxed vibe in a peaceful home in a great location. We are looking for the same qualities in a lodger. We also have lovely neighbours and a very friendly, loving cat.
Please note, the room is only available from October 1. It is being used until then.
Nansledan is on the bus route into Newquay. It is a quick drive. About a 30 minute walk and 10-15 minute cycle into town. We are close to Quintrell Downs train station for access to Bristol, London. Nansledan itself has great amenities, including a general store, cafes, wine bar, fitness studios, boutiques and community activities and events.
