Double room to rent in Nansledan, Newquay.

I’m offering a fully furnished double bedroom in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, in the lovely Nansledan estate.

The bedroom has a comfortable double ottoman bed, wardrobe and plenty of space for your belongings, with a bathroom to yourself. You’ll also have use of the spare room as an office space if you work from home or simply need somewhere quiet to work or study.

There’s a shared kitchen, living, dining space & garden. I also have a garage with some basic gym equipment which you’re welcome to use, or there’s the option to use it for some additional storage. There is plenty of on street parking on the estate.

You’ll be sharing the home with myself. I’m friendly, easy-going and enjoy having a chat and a laugh, and I’d ideally love to find someone I genuinely get on with. I’m not someone who is out every weekend, but I do enjoy the occasional night out, going for food or drinks, exploring new places and I’m trying to get into surfing! I’d be really happy to have a lodger who is up for doing the odd thing together if we get on, whether that’s going for a walk, grabbing a coffee, staying in with a movie or heading out for the evening, but there’s absolutely no expectation to socialise, and I really value having our own space too.

I’m looking for someone who is kind, considerate, clean and tidy, and who appreciates a peaceful, comfortable and respectful home. I think the ideal arrangement is one where you can feel at home and have your own independence, while also having someone to chat to and enjoy the odd thing with.

Single occupancy only and no pets (although I’m open to discuss).

Rent includes all bills.
