Double room in a six bedroom shared house to rent, available beginning of October.

The house is very relaxed and friendly,
only a one minute walk to the cliff above a lovely beach, about five minutes walk to cornwall college, an easy five minutes to town and situated on a road with free parking.
The rooms are all a good size and a bit quirky shaped in some cases.

Washing machine, WIFI and all bills are included in rent.

Lounge, two kitchens and two shower/wc .

To the rear of the property there is a garden....
The rooms at £90 and £85 are single occupancy.

All tenants are vegan or veggie on the change! There is no meat/dairy/eggs eaten or prepared in the house..
This is a really lovely, social place to live, all the tenants are literally some of the best people I have met in my whole life...
