2 double rooms available in nice shared house. 3 sharing (max 4 if all agree)

Shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom and extra toilet facility.

Have wifi, sky, dishwasher, access to laundry facilities, storage for bikes and surf boards.

Easy going professional people required, will accept students from local college on term let.

Small garden for BBQ's etc.

There is just meliving in the house already and I like to surf, hang out, have house meals together etc. Prefer someone looking for a home rather than just passing through but will consider on an individual basis.

Don't mind well behaved pets - would need to discuss before accepting.

*couples welcome for larger of 2 rooms - £20 per week extra towards bills.
