We have a beautiful new shared house in the centre of newquay in a very quiet location. We have a room available due to long standing people moving on. Its a nice mature adult living environment with the occasional beer here and there ! Currently, The guys BBQ a lot in all weathers and growing some stuff in the garden too Has a large communal living space with v large kitchen and large sunny garden suitable for those green fingered people.
People currently living in the house, now regard it as HOME, not just a room in a house and are looking for suitable relaxed people.


Currently have a large double room available from beginning of January.
Although a large house it never feels overcrowded and with a few working a way can seem like your own place.

Looking for some one working and looking for long term communal adult living.
