We have three rooms to let in our lovely restored and modernised town house in centre of Newquay. The front aspect of the house has ocean views from the windows and the from the garden too if you stand on your tip toes!.
The house has undergone and full restoration and we have tried to create and nice home. New kitchen, large walk in shower and seperate WC means there is plenty of space for everyone.
We are looking for housemates who are relaxed and friendly and wanting a warm clean home to live in.
I co-own the house with another friend who lives in the house ( but is often away with work) and I live close by in newquay also.
