Lovely en-suite room for single working person

Recently built sunny room with double bed. Nice shower room. French doors to garden. Separated from the rest of the house by a utility room with your side entrance. Bedding provided if wanted. Non smart TV if wanted.
Own fridge and food cupboard in utility. Cooking is in the utility room. Kettle, toaster, air fryer and combination oven / microwave / grill. There is no hob. The only shared spaces are the utility room and the garden. Smoking is only allowed outside or in conservatory if raining.
I have no pets but very occasionally have my daughter's two cats staying. The WiFi is not very high speed - it's fine for most purposes but not suitable for home working.
Washing facilities (no dryer - just washing line.
Parking on the street can be a problem.
