The house is located in Pentire Newquay close to the famous surfing Fistral beach and only five minutes walk to Newquay Town Centre. Shared bathroom with one other person. The kitchen which overlooks the large garden and Patio has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, grill and hob, There is plenty of cupboard spaces and work service and a separate utility room with washing machine. The Lounge/Dining room is on the front with bay window. Parking at front of house. A surf shack available for your use fully equipped for surfboards and wetsuits.
