En-suite student rooms available in September

PLEASE NOTE: I am seeking STUDENTS attending Cornwall College, Newquay.

I have been letting rooms to students since 2009 and would like to keep to student-lodgers. (The property is run as a B&B in summer but long-let from mid-Sept to mid-June.)

All bedrooms have full en-suite facilities. All but one have a double bed.

There is a lounge/diner shared by lodgers (not landlord). There are 2 kitchens... one of which is shared with the landlord. There are full laundry facilities, fibre-optic internet and a car park.

Property is HMO licensed.

A deposit equal to 1 week's rent will be required.
