The room is £145/ week and has a fantastic distant sea view from the window. The room is en-suite.

The house is a nice quiet chilled household and is certainly not a party house.

Six month tenancy and then rolling after that.

It is a well-kept property and all the rooms are good sizes.
In the kitchen everyone has their own cupboard and their own shelf in a fridge with extra space available), dining area, utility room with washing machine, wifi and an outside area at the front of the house. There is space for the storage of surf boards and an outside shower.

Seven of the rooms boast en-suites and the other two rooms both have sinks in the room and share a shower and toilet.

I want the household to have a friendly atmosphere where people can relax and call home.

There is strictly no smoking in the house, however there is a comfortable outside area with benches for any smokers.

The house has a good friendly environment and the kitchen/dining rooms lends itself towards a social atmosphere, without being a party house.

The rooms are well decorated and stylish. The kitchen/diner is new with plenty of cooking facilities and storage space as well as being a lovely bright area to sit and enjoy your time here. Some of the rooms offer sea views and some offer sea glimpses.


Deposit is three weeks rent.
The notice period is three weeks after the initial six month period.
