I am looking for a relaxed female who enjoys a quiet peaceful environment over the age of 30- no party animals.
Its a lovely big flat with sea views. Unfurnished room but has a built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower and toilet. It has a washing machine.. no wifi in the flat though.
The flat is through an agency so there is a £425 deposit per person and £50 for credit checks (minimum 6 month contract) so you would have to allow some time to get this done before moving in. please only send a message if you meet the above.
