Hi there,

I have a very desirable Large Double Room available soon!

The room is furnished and en suite, and benefits from large, attractive bay windows.
All bills are included in the rent which covers fibre optic internet, electricity, water and council tax.
There is a communal kitchen with all cooking utensils/amenities, as well as a washing machine.
The house is in an ideal central location being only two minutes walk to town and Tolcarne Beach. There is a bus stop just up the road, and Asda and Aldi supermarkets are just a short walk away, as is the park.

I will only consider people who are EMPLOYED. I am looking for a professional who is clean and tidy, and considerate to fellow housemates.
I would prefer someone who is looking to move in around the date from which the room is available.
