I have a downstairs/ground floor double ensuite room with bath and shower to let in a large 4/5 bed house. It has its own private entrance through back of the house and patio doors open out onto shared patio garden.
Looking for working person, preferably female.
Room only with use of kitchen/utility room and patio area/garage. Also has parking.
I am a working mum of 3 children so must be able to be around children.
Would prefer not to have loud noise past 9pm and prefer not to have other people staying in the room.
Room is available furnished with double bed, mattress, bed side table, double wardrobe and desk.
