Large double room with own privet parking space

We have a fully furnished large double room in our friendly sheared, recently renovated house/home in a quiet part of Newquay. you have your own off street parking. The house is within 2 minutes walk of Sainsbury's and 10 minutes walk of both Fistral and the bay beaches. All bills included including council tax, unlimited wi-fi and all amenities included from toilet paper to washing up liquid as well as a weekly cleaner of the house. You have full use of the house which includes a separate bathroom and shower with second separate toilet, a large shared lounge and kitchen where you would have your own cupboard and plenty of work space for everyone in the house. Everyone has their own shelf in the fridge and draw in the freezer as well as having full use of the garden which is a bit of a sun trap, so perfect for those summer days with the built in BBQ and sun deck :) with a separate board shed and hot walk-in outdoor shower (perfect for when you get back from a surf) Working only please. we also have a small dog .
