Hello, I have 2 x double rooms left to rent in a large town house which is currently running as a Guest House until September, we are then taking STUDENTS ONLY from September. All rooms are en-suite. The rooms vary in size, they begin at £85 to £90 single occupancy. There will be a double bed a wardrobe and drawers in all rooms. All bills and excellent WI-FI are included. Located in the centre of Newquay, very close to all amenities and beaches. The college is a 10 minute walk from the house. Asda and Aldi supermarkets are within a 4 minute walk. The train station is 5 minutes away. There is a large lounge and newly fitted kitchen and dining area. Parking is on street which is free. Rent is paid termly.
