Washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, TV, parking

Looking for 1 or 2 friendly flat mates to help with the bills. One room is large, with 2 single beds, the other is a small single room for 300/month. The larger one is 4m x 5m with clothes drawers and a bedside table. I'm friendly, easy going and here 2-3 nights a week. Out most days working on my campsite. You could book both rooms for 700 and pretty much have the place to yourself. I'm at my girlfriend's house 4-5 nights a week and out playing pool/snooker or cricket once a week as well. I like to think I'm quite versatile, chilled and open minded. I enjoy carpentry, developing my yurt campsite, gardening, films, games and most sports. It's 10 mins drive/bus to Looe/Polperro, 25 mins drive to Bodmin and Liskeard.
