Double room to rent in Pendeen £575

Double room in a quiet but friendly 3 bed house.
Shared use of large kitchen/diner, washing machine etc, bathroom - bath and excellent shower, garden, parking, wifi and bills included.
The house is a modern granite faced build making it warm and dry. It is 15 min drive to penzance and on bus route, local access to the beautiful coastpath and portheras beach.
It currently has 2 modern sized double bedrooms upstairs empty, one room will remain as a guest room the other is free to rent.
You can expect relaxed but respectful sharing of space but not a ready made social life with the tenancy!!!......it is definatley not a party house. Currently there is no TV but there are points in the bedroom.
I work from home in the 3rd bedroom which is repurposed as an office but outside of that I am usually out enjoying the outdoors here mainly swimming or kayaking.
Would suit someone who wants a quiet, comfortable, clean, warm, dry place to stay, a good cooking space and friendly respectful co sharer.
