There is dedicated parking for 1 car only in an off-road carpark area. Further free on road parking less than 100 yards away at Point Quay.

Location:
A convenient place to stay, close to Truro and Falmouth. A short walk to Point Quay, where you can swim or launch a kayak or paddleboard. There are lovely walks nearby and you can cycle along the Bissoe Trail from here to the north Cornish coast.

The nearest local shops are at Playing Place (Spar) and Carnon Downs (Spar) and the nearest supermarkets are Waitrose, M&S, Tescos, Sainsburys, Lidl or Aldi in Truro or Asda, Sainsbury’s and Lidl in Penryn. The nearest petrol station is at Playing Place (reopening soon).

Facilities & Services:
Heating is via an oil and electric combi boiler. The modern fully fitted kitchen has a range of equipment with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, integrated under counter dishwasher, under counter fridge and another separate small fridge / freezer. There is also a washing machine and a SMART TV.. WiFi is available throughout the property.

Some of the bills (WiFi, water, electricity, heating, tax etc) can either be included or at an additional cost dependent on the duration of the rental.
