Small double room in cozy shared house in Penryn

We are looking for a housemate for our lovely shared house.
The space is a super cozy, and light bedroom with a small double 4ft bed (different to the pictures), wardrobe, desk and shelves.
There is a great garden and the house is very bright, it would suit someone needing to work from home or someone who enjoys using a garden.
Both existing housemates are working professionals with an interest in cooking, music, craft and surfing. I have a cat called Silver she is very sweet and is the main entertainment in our house, she is anxious with other animals so someone with a pet would not be suitable.

the house in on West Street- great location for the Uni and just seconds to town or the train station, there is also a bus stop just across the street.

Viewings can be arranged easily remotely or in person
the rent is £420 including everything (council tax-£40 and rent- £380), no extra costs.
The room is available from the beginning of October and would be a perfect space for a postgrad/mature student or ideally a working professional
