I have a spare room I’m looking at renting out in my house. It’s a spacious double with room for a study area. Bathroom adjacent to bedroom.
The house is in a quiet part of penryn with on road parking. Living area is open plan with large garden, patio set and bbq.
I will live in, and my partner will be around a fair amount of the time. I have a French bulldog so you must be a dog fan as she will 100% be all over you but provides fab company.
I’m a teacher so will be out 8-5 daily but I do work a lot from home so a quiet personality would fit in well here. Super tidy people please, I’m a bit of a clean freak as this is my home and I want to keep it lovely.
Room will be furnished with a guest Z bed and maters (small double) but you’re more than welcome to bring your own. 3 door wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table will also be included.
All bills in so no need to worry about any extra costs!
