Beautiful double room and own bathroom available in house share with private parking. Tucked away in the woodlands round Enys, within 10 minutes stroll of the centre of Penryn. Ideal location for access to town or penryn campus yet enjoying the wilds and woodlands of the Cornish countryside.

Sharing with a relaxed professional couple and their 4 year old daughter, the house has 3 bathrooms, woodburning stove, large stone floored kitchen, sun trap garden room along with separate woodland and available space for growing for a keen gardener. There is a further 'secret' garden at the back with views across Cornish farmland, including a treehouse escape and an outdoor hot tub.

The room is a newly furnished double, with built in wardrobe and storage. The room is currently furnished. The room has a beautiful view.
The main bathroom has skylight windows, bath/shower and beautiful feature stone wall and an additional private bathroom that goes with the room, that is downstairs.

You would be sharing with a busy artistic/musical couple working in education who enjoy yoga, surfing and sports. Life is very busy with a 4 year old around, so we are up early at 6am and bedtimes between 5-7.30pm can be busy but your room is tucked away at the top of the house. You have the kitchen to yourself when bedtime starts at 6.45pm. We would be looking for a professional person who is relaxed, helps with house chores and would at times share meals. There is an awesome cat who is very friendly and a soppy Labrador.

We would be open to a rent reduction for anyone that wanted to offer any dog walks.

All bills included with 1 month rent deposit required upfront.
