A furnished double room is available for professional let in central Penryn. The house is warm, comfortable and welcoming with 2 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms / garden room, bright & spacious well-equipped kitchen, with washer/dryer & dishwasher, SUPERFAST broadband, and enclosed garden. Walking distance to university, shops and train station.

All bills included + a housekeeper once a week (but being respectful of this is not an ask it's a must !)

I live with a very friendly lab and slightly crazy cat and am looking for an easy-going share. I work for a charity, believe in community and not veggie but happy to accommodate + LGBT friendly.
