Large double room

We are on the outskirts of Penryn - close to Tremough campus, bus stop, train station and ten minute walks to Asda and the town centre.

The room is a decent size - originally the lounge and faces the front garden & path.
The garden wraps around the house with fields, trees & a small stream along the back.

The kitchen/living space is half conservatory and enjoys seasonal views of nature - a favourite place in the rain and is also a perfect spot to watch the the antics of the local wildlife unfold....

There are cat flaps and suitable pets would be welcomed.
A shed provides storage of bikes, surf boards or other equipment.

I recently retired from nursing and my other lodger is studying for her masters in maths & animal conservation.

This is a quiet household and we are looking for someone with a friendly and mature outlook. If you like your own space, but also appreciate some companionship, please get in touch.
