We are located within close walking distance to Tremough campus as well as natural surroundings. There is a stream at the end of the garden, which can be heard & viewed from the room.
Approximately 5 mins to the nearest bus stop & 10 mins to the railway station.
The spacious conservatory kitchen/living space is a great area to observe wildlife and the seasons.
The other tenant shares her room with two chinchillas & a gerbil.
I am looking for a housemate who is respectful, appreciates a clean, calm and relaxed environment and values sharing their home with animals.
