Double room in cosy cottage

Spacious, double room available in our lovely cottage in penryn. The room consists of built in shelves for storage and a fitted clothes rail. We are looking for someone who is tidy, happy and just an all round lovely person to join this happy house! There is a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and courtyard + garden area. There is only one current tenant who is in her third year at Falmouth university, studying graphic design. It’s important to know this is not a party house. In the evenings we enjoy a glass of wine and catch up about our days and in the summer take advantage of the outdoor seating in the sunshine. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk away from the house and also benefits from a shop, post office and a number of takeaway restaurants just down the road. There is no private parking, but you often find parking just up the road with no problem.
March- July however longer let’s can be considered.
Rent is £350 pcm and bills are shared. This includes electric, gas and council tax.
