Spare room in Cornish cottage, central Penryn

Hi Spareroomers,

I’m look for a house mate to join me in a lovely Cornish cottage in central Penryn.

The house is a 2 bed with open plan living/ kitchen/ diner on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first. There is also a nice courtyard garden (south west facing) with rear access.

The room available is the smaller of the two but still a nice size. It’s recently been painted and decorated with storage and wardrobe installed.

The rent is £350 with all bills coming in at approximately £100 pcm. This is made up of G&E, water, internet and council tax., making the total monthly spend approximately £450.

A little about me, I’m a baker so am up early a few days a week, being a baker I keep the house well stocked with fresh bread and other treats 😋. When I’m not baking I work as an upholsterer. In my spare time I like watching films, cooking and seeing friends.

A little about Penryn, Penryn has some great pubs and restaurants with Pizza Pls and Verdant tap room just down the road. There are great connects to Falmouth and lovely coastal walks to flushing. There are also great public transport connects to the Turo and the surrounding areas.

If you are interest it would be great to me you. If you would like to take the room we will need to both sign a short term tenancy agreement with the estate agent for a minimum of 1 year. We maybe able to renew this towards then end of the year if you’d like to
