We are a group of 4 students studying at universities of Exeter and Falmouth looking for 1 housemate for next academic year.
We have secured a 5 person house in Penryn but 1 of our flatmates dropped out so are in need of someone else. The house is a nice size with a lounge, decent sized kitchen, 5 double bedrooms and use of an outdoor area.
