Housemate wanted!

My housemate has moved out to take a job upcountry, and I'm looking for someone to join my tenancy. I've lived here for the last 5 years and my housemate for the last 2. We've loved it here, and he's only moving as he can't work his new job remotely.

The room is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and is airy and bright with a SW-facing window that looks out into the (very green) garden. There is also space for a small desk.
The house itself has heaps of communal space, with a large living room, kitchen-dining room, and large conservatory, all furnished, with central heating and fast fibre optic.

The property also has a lovely large, and private green garden with off-road parking, a large shed for storage, and is set back from the main road in a quiet leafy cul-de-sac within walking distance of campus, Asda, and Penryn station, and is only a 5 minute walk from College reservoir. There is also a bus stop about 100 metres from the front door.

I’m a final year PhD student (M30) based at the Penryn campus, and work part-time a few days a week. I’m quiet and laid back with a variety of interests. The room would be suitable for a tidy young professional or a postgraduate, but please enquire if interested.

Prospective housemate must also like animals, as I have a 4 year old (very friendly!) cat (pic for attention). However, he’s a one-cat house so I’m afraid no other pets can be accepted.

Cost is £500pcm for the room (bills not included), for a 6-month tenancy, with the potential to extend with landlord's agreement. If you're interested or have any questions please drop me a line!
