Hey! I'm a chilled professional looking for someone to join my tenancy. My current housemate has moved out for pastures new, and I'm looking for someone to take his place!
The house is a semi-detached in a quiet leafy cul-de-sac with heaps of communal space for 2 people; with a cosy living room, kitchen, dining room, and conservatory. The house comes furnished, with central heating and fast fibre optic, all new and up to date.
The room is a small double, furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and is airy and bright with a SW-facing window that looks out into the garden.
The property also has a lovely large and private green garden, off-road parking, and a large shed for storage (and a tumble dryer!). It's placed within easy walking distance of the Uni Campus, the College, and Penryn station, and is only a 5 minute walk from College reservoir and local green spaces, and is on a bus route for easy access into Falmouth. I've been here since 2019 and have loved every minute.
I’m a chilled and professional who's clean and tidy with enjoys a variety of interests. The room would be best suited for another professional, but I would encourage anyone interested to get in touch.
Prospective housemate must also like animals, as I have a 5 year old (very friendly!) cat (pic for attention). However, he’s a one-cat house so I’m afraid no other pets can be accepted.
The cost per month is £500pcm (bills not included, but come to about 70 each, excl. Council Tax).
