Heya, I'm a chilled professional looking for someone to join my tenancy. My housemate is a postgrad who's moving out to find a house that suits him more as a student, and I'm looking for someone to take his place.
The house is a semi-detached in a quiet leafy cul-de-sac with heaps of communal space; with a cosy living room, kitchen, dining room, and conservatory. The house comes furnished, with central heating and fast fibre optic, all new and up to date.
The room is a small double, furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and is airy and bright with a SW-facing window that looks out into the garden.
The property also has a lovely large, and private green garden with off-road parking, and a large shed for storage. It's also within walking distance of campus, Asda, and Penryn station, and is only a 5 minute walk from College reservoir. I've been here since 2019 and have loved living here.
I’m a professional (M31) having recently graduated from a PhD at the Penryn campus. I’m chilled and laid back and tidy with a variety of interests. The room would be best suited for another professional, but I would encourage anyone interested to get in touch.
Prospective housemate must also like animals, as I have a 5 year old (very friendly!) cat (pic for attention). However, he’s a one-cat house so I’m afraid no other pets can be accepted.
Cost is £500pcm (bills not included), for a 6-month tenancy starting in January, with the potential to extend with landlord's agreement. If you're interested or have any questions please drop me a line!
