You will be a clean, tidy, quiet and friendly person - student or professional considered.
The flat is available on a 6-month AST with the likelihood of extending /renewing the tenancy if all goes well.
The flat is fully furnished including washing machine and condenser tumble drier and fridge with freezer compartment.
Each bedroom has a double bed with drawers under, built in alcove shelving, wardrobe, bedside cupboard, desk and desk-chair and chest of drawers. Bedroom 1 is available, Bedroom 2 is already taken.
I will respond to further enquiries on Sunday evening and am arranging viewing in person /by video for Tuesday 3rd late morning.
Rent includes internet (fibre).
All other bills to be shared between the two tenants.
Currently let to holiday and short-stay guests over the summer.
