Our beautiful flat in a quiet corner of this lovely Penryn, a stone's throw from Falmouth, is going to be available for a years' lease this spring.
We are looking for a custodian of our home and 2 kitties.

We're looking for somebody responsible and caring who will take good care of our home.


Our place has a lovely verdant garden you can catch the sun in all day long and the neighbours are wonderful.
Looking for a cat lover who won't be going away for long stretches of time and can look after our cats. If you wanted, we can draw up a contract identifying the responsibilities and we will of course be covering all expenses.
Elmer and Dennis are our young, healthy, lovely, low maintenance, friendly, sweet babies who can keep you company. We have reflected this responsibility in the relatively cheap monthly price.

Bathroom is fully equipped with an electric shower over the bath.
The flat is ideal for 1 working person or a working couple.
5 minutes walk from the high street across the beautiful playing fields. Within the hustle and bustle but so quiet and peaceful.
Close to Penryn train station and with bus links. Has a big parking space that can fit 1 or 2 cars.
We're somewhat flexible on the dates of moving in/out.
Council tax is band A and is included in the rent. Rent is inclusive of all bills except internet. The EPC rating is D - we find that there is no problem keeping the house warm and running efficiently for under £100 each month (electricity and gas).

The move-in date of March 1st on the listing isn't set in stone - just a general benchmark as it stands.
