Double room available

Hello,

i have a lovely furnished double room in my quirky upside down home available. The house is bright, full of lights and plants and very homely & warm (timber framed). The room is a double and has ample storage.

I moved to back to Cornwall a year a go from Bristol. I work part time from home for a design agency and i am also a postgraduate student at Exeter Uni, so my weeks are quite full but I love adventures and going away at the weekend when time allows. I also do a lot of yoga around work and like to go out to music nights and have a modest social life!

I am ideally looking for either male/female thats in their 30's, no pets please and no couples. I am happy for shorter rents of 1 month + to longer rents. Ideally not someone that works from home. Oh i also have 2 very lovely cats, so you would need to be happy with that.
