Short term winter let in cosy cottage in Penryn

Hi! My name is Sophie and I’m looking for a short term lodger for my spare room from Nov - Feb. The spare room has stacked beds which can be made into a single (as in photo) or double, as you prefer. I do not have a wardrobe for the room - if you have one, you can bring it, or I can find one.

Cosy two bedroom cottage with shared kitchen, living room & bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. There is also a courtyard and a garden out the back (although this is quite overgrown!!!). Sharing with me and my two cats, Mole & Nelly.

Would suit someone who studies or works out of the house, as I work from home a lot and we might feel a bit on top of each other.

I love cooking, reading, painting, making, writing etc. Over winter I tend to spend evenings with a podcast, glass of wine and something to make - eg embroidery or something! Fairly quiet. I do most of my socialising out and about but also love having people to dinner and cooking.

I keep the house pretty clean and would love someone who likes to make their space feel tidy and cosy.
