We are seeking considerate, cooperative and communicative mature student /professionals for a short term tenancy from 29th October 2024.

The available accommodation comprises a first floor double bedroom in our elegant Grade II listed 1790’s townhouse on historic St. Thomas Street in the centre of Penryn town.

The double rooms is both suitable for single or double occupancy. 

The first floor double room (15 square metres) has a comfortable double bed and a single bed, bedside side tables, a wardrobe, wooden chair, a bookshelf and a dressing table. The room has a window overlooking St Thomas Street with venetian blinds and curtains, and with stripped pine floorboards. It is on the same floor as the bathroom with toilet, bath & shower (a second outdoor toilet is available in the backyard).

Facilities in the house include a kitchen and the stylishly furnished dining and living rooms (with an upright piano). A BT broadband WIFI is included in the rental, the TV Licence is also pre-paid. The kitchen extension with oven/hob, individual fridge and freezer, and a microwave looks out onto a south-facing, tranquil and private courtyard with Penryn's "secret garden" over the 20 foot back wall. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for use. The house is conveniently located in Penryn Town centre opposite the Library with a bracing walk up the hill to Penryn railway station(20m) campus(30m). The house is 2 minutes from the nearest bus stops where regular transportation to the campus, Falmouth & beyond is available.
