2 double rooms available to rent over the winter (Nov-Feb) in my lovely bright and modern home in Penryn which has beautiful views of the Penryn viaduct. The house is fully furnished and is spacious and warm with a large living room and kitchen/diner.
I won't be living there during this time so you will have the whole house to yourselves.
The rooms are both available Nov- Feb, with the possibility of extending further.
The house would suit 2 individuals or a couple.
