There is a large deck and garden at the back of the house that overlooks the fields by College Lake and Penryn Harbour. It's sheltered from the wind, so a real sun trap in spring/summer time.

I am a live-out landlord, but on call whenever needed.

Looking for two clean, tidy, friendly and respectful people, either separately, two friends, or a couple. Working professionals ideally 25 or above.

No smokers, please. Dogs considered. Road parking with steps down into the property. Bills included. Bus stop 2-min walk away. Asda 5-min walk away. University 15-min walk away. Ideal for anyone working at Exeter/Penryn campus.
