Two rooms available in a four-room house share on Penryn high street, £500 + bills per room.

We are looking for two people to take over tenancy of these rooms. The house features a spacious kitchen/dining area, living room, upstairs bathroom with bath and shower and downstairs toilet. Situated right on Penryn high street with easy access to shops and transport links.

The other two rooms are occupied by males in their early 20s, both full-time working. The current tenancy is until September 2025.
