A double room available in central Penryn, available from today. Property is situated not far from Penryn train station and only a short walk to the campus.

Not shown at the time of taking pictures, but room has a double bed and a chest of drawers. The property benefits from 2 bathrooms (however only one shower room), as well as a garage for parking, which is incredibly useful for Penryn!

There is a very friendly Golden Retriever who also lives here so occupant must like dogs and be able to share common spaces with them.

I've noted a maximum stay of 6 months but this is dependent on the successful sale of the property which is currently on the market. Viewings will likely take place during your stay but I'll give plenty of heads up beforehand. I can provide a link to the listing if you would like to see more pics/videos of the property.
